學校社工

工作目標

學校社工主要為學生及家長提供適切的支援服務，運用專業知識及輔導技巧，連結學生、家長及學校，作為三方面溝通的橋樑，建構出良好的互信及家校合作模式。此外，配合社區資源的運用，豐富學生學習環境，讓學生愉快及健康地成長。

Objectives

School social workers primarily provide supportive services for students and parents. Drawing on their professional knowledge and counselling skills, they serve as a bridge between students, parents, and the school. They also connect families with relevant community resources to enrich the learning environment for both students and parents.

 5: To help high school students and their parents understand post-graduation pathways and prepare for graduation.
